Directions from L.I. Expressway

Take L.I.E. to exit 63 North (Patchogue Mt. Sinai Road), to Route 25 (Middle Country Road). Turn Right on Rt. 25 for approximately 1/4 mile, top of hill on left. Office is located inside the World Gym building.

From North Shore

Take 63 South (Patchogue Mt. Sinai Road), to 25 (Middle Country Road). Turn Left on Rt. 25 and follow directions above to office.
