Directions from L.I. Expressway

Take L.I.E. to exit 51 north Deer Park Avenue. Pass Dix Hills Fire Department bear right at split in the road. Continue approximately 1.2 miles to Route 25 (Jericho Tpke). ISPT is located on the left side of Jericho Tpke in the Northport Plaza on the corner of Jericho Tpke and Elwood Road (next to Blockbuster Video).

Directions from Northern State Parkway

Take Northern State Parkway to exit 42 north Deer Park Avenue. Pass Dix Hills Fire Department bear right at split in the road. Continue approximately 1.2 miles to Route 25 (Jericho Tpke). ISPT is located on the left side of Jericho Tpke in the Northport Plaza on the corner of Jericho Tpke and Elwood Road (next to Blockbuster Video).

Take 25A to Elwood Road. South on Elwood Road to Jericho Tpke. ISPT is located on the left corner of Elwood Road and Jericho Tpke in the Northport Plaza (next to Blockbuster Video).
