Directions from L.I. Expressway
Take L.I.E. to exit 39 North onto Glen Cove Road. Take it down about 5 miles to fork in road. At fork bear right onto Cedar Swamp Road. Go 4 traffic lights. We are located on the left across from Burger King, before Glen Street Railroad Station (inside Island Fitness & Racquet Club). There are 4 reserved parking spaces on the right side of the building for our patients by the side entrance.
Directions from Northern State Parkway
Take exit 35 North onto 107 North. Get to your left and follow signs for 107. Go about 6 miles where you will come to a cemetery on your right hand side and will merge onto Glen Cove Road. Go 1 mile and turn Right onto Cedar Swamp Road. We are located approx. ½ mile down on the left across from Burger King, before Glen Street Railroad Station (inside Island Fitness & Racquet Club). From Meadowbrook Pkwy
Take Meadowbrook North to Northern State Pkwy West. Take northern state to exit 35 North onto 107 North. Get to your left and follow signs for 107.
