Directions from Hempstead Turnpike
Take Turnpike to Merrick Avenue (Located Just East of the Meadowbrook Parkway). Take Merrick Avenue South approximately 2 miles to the fork in the road. We are located on the left hand side, just before the fork, in the shopping center. Our office is located inside The Fitness Club.

From Meadowbrook Parkway
Take the Meadowbrook Parkway South to Hempstead Turnpike East. At first light (Merrick Avenue), Make a right. We are approximately 2 miles on the left hand side, just before the fork in the road, in the shopping center. Our office is located inside The Fitness Club.

Directions from L.I. Expressway (From the City)
Take L.I.E. to the Northern State Parkway East. Take the Northern State Parkway to the Meadowbrook Parkway South and follow directions from Meadowbrook Parkway above.

Directions from L.I. Expressway (From the East)
Take L.I.E. West to the Northern State Parkway West. Take the Northern State Parkway to the Meadowbrook Parkway South and follow directions from Meadowbrook Parkway above.

From Northern State / Grand Central Parkways
Take the Northern State Parkway to the Meadowbrook Parkway South and follow directions from Meadowbrook Parkway above.

From Southern State / Belt Parkways
Take the Southern State Parkway to Merrick Avenue Exit #24 North. Go through approximately 5 traffic lights, and we are located on the Right in the shopping center. Our office is located inside The Fitness Club.

From Sunrise Highway
Take the Sunrise Highway to Bellmore or Merrick Avenue North. We are approximately 1 mile north of the Southern State Parkway on the right hand side, in the shopping center. Our office is located inside The Fitness Club.
